We are interested in the leasing of standing places ( 1.4 – 6 sqm) or small shops up to 12 sqm in highly frequented locations. Our systems can be adapted to the appearance of the local environment.

The rents can be negotiated. A surface of 1,44 sqm for a photo- booth can only cost 100€ in a place with expectations for a turnover of 700€ for example- when the turnover is 3000€ per month, 500€ or levelled rents between 25 and 42% are payed.
